The Scope Of The Works Will Include: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Fittings And Materials Intended For Liquidation. 2) Separating A Boiler Room And An Oil Storage Room In The Building And Adapting The Rooms To The Applicable Requirements. 3) Implementation Of Oil Boiler Technology With A Capacity Of 425 Kw. 4) Construction Of Internal Installations: Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Oil, Water And Sewage, Electricity. 5) Thermal Modernization Of The Building. 6) Construction Of A Pre-Insulated External Receiving Installation For Central Heating Purposes.
