1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Full Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works, I.E. Modernization Of Buildings In The Complex Of The Institute Of Physics Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences, Used By The Ordering Party, Along With Land Development As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Renovation And Construction Of The Microelectronics And Photonics Ii Competence Center, Located In The Complex Of Laboratory Buildings Of The Institute Of Physics Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences At Al. Lotników 32/46 In Warsaw On Registered Plots No. 2/1, 2/2, Precinct 1-04-04 (Mokotów District) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment), Not Requiring A Building Permit. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts (Hereinafter Also Collectively Referred To As Parts And Separately As Part): Part 1 - Modernization Of Building No. 4, Part 2 - Modernization Of Building No. 7, Part 3 - Modernization Of Building No. 12. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers For Individual Parts Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer For One, Two Or Three Parts Of The Order. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Of The Order And A Detailed Scope Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order And The Method Of Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Are Specified In Part Iii Of The Swz - Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To This Swz And Being Its Integral Part (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), Appendices And In The Contract Template, Constituting Part Ii Of The Swz. 4. The Trademarks, Proper Names, Patents And Origin Indicated In The Procurement Documents Constitute A Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Standard Relating To The Subject Of The Procurement And Should Be Understood As Examples And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent. In All Cases Where, Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Origin, Names Of Materials, Devices, Or Their Origin Are Indicated, The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices Is Allowed, I.E. Any Materials, Devices Mentioned By Name In The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Or Their Origin, Serve Only To Determine The Standard And May Be Replaced By Others With No Worse Technical, Functional, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters, Taking Into Account Proper Cooperation With Other Materials, Devices. The Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With A Manufacturer Or Company Are Not Intended To Favor The Solutions Of A Given Manufacturer, But To Indicate A Solution That Should Have Technical And Technological Features Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Technical Documentation. The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Equivalent Solutions If They Have Lower Quality, Functional, Technical And Technological Requirements Than Those Indicated In The Annexes To The Swz. 5.
