The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Nursery Department At Kindergarten No. 4 In Piastów, As A Continuation Of The Task Entitled Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Nursery Department At Kindergarten No. 4 In Piastów, Ul. Żbikowska 5, 05-820 Piastów As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022–2029. 1) The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: A) Performance Of The Task Titled Construction Of A Nursery Department At Kindergarten No. 4 In Piastów, As A Continuation Of The Task Entitled Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Nursery Department At Kindergarten No. 4 In Piastów, Ul. Żbikowska 5, 05-820 Piastów. The Material Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Construction Works To The Extent Resulting From The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Including, Among Others: The Contractor: 1) Will Perform Construction Works; 2) Obtains A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Makes An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, The Requirements Of The Terms Of Reference, The Concluded Contract, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Their Implementing Acts, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Under 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022–2029.
