The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing Into The Ordering Partys Warehouse Of Meat Products And Cold Cuts, For The Needs Of Current Feeding In 2026, Of The Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Tursk In Accordance With The Minimum Quality Requirements, Assortment And Basic Quantities, Taking Into Account The Option Law, Specified In Annex 1A, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Number Of Options Will Be Provided By The Supplier If The Recipients Needs Arise After The Basic Quantities Of A Given Assortment Have Been Used In Full.2. Main Cpv Code: 15130000-8 Meat Products3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Minimum Quality Requirements, Expiration Dates, Labeling And Packaging. The Price Form Constitutes Annex No. 1A To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Contract Template). Annex 1A To The Swz Is Also A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Price Form, Which, After Completing, Must Be Attached To The Offer And Will Constitute Its Integral Part. 4. As Part Of These Proceedings, The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Warehouse Of The Social Welfare Home In Tursk, Tursk 28, 69-200 Sulęcin (Food Warehouse - Building C) No More Than Five Times A Week And To Unload The Goods At Its Own Expense And Risk, In The Range, Quality And Quantities Specified In The Order Placed By The Ordering Party (Recipient). 5. Deliveries Of The Order For Each Part Will Take Place On Set Days Of The Week From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. Exceptionally, It Is Allowed To Change The Delivery Hours After Prior Telephone Arrangement With The Ordering Party (Recipient). 6. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Packaging And Transport Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable National And Eu Food Law Provisions. These Provisions Are Detailed In Annex 2 To The Swz (Template Contract). This Annex Also Specifies Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Delivery, Collection And Complaint Handling Regarding The Subject Of The Order
