The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Catching, Transporting And Admitting Homeless Animals To A Shelter As Part Of The Homeless Animal Care Program In 2026-2027, I.E.: A) Catching, Transporting, Admitting And Keeping Homeless Animals From The Starachowice Commune, B) Providing The Necessary Veterinary Care For The Kept Animals, C) Ensuring The Basic, Necessary Social And Living Conditions For The Kept Animals, D) Obligatory Performance Of Sterilization And Sterilization Procedures Castration Of Animals By A Veterinarian With Whom The Commune Has Signed A Contract For The Provision Of Veterinary Services, And In The Case Of Puppies And Kittens Not Subjected To These Procedures Due To Their Young Age, The Ordering Party Provides Such An Opportunity To The Person Who Adopted The Animal, Within A Year From The Date Of Adoption, In The Office Of The Doctor Currently Serving The Commune In The Provision Of Veterinary Services, E) Conducting A 14-Day Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals, F) Carrying Out Activities Aimed At Finding Guardians For The Animals - People Willing To Adopt, G) Compliance With The Regulations Regarding Sanitary And Veterinary Supervision, H) Disposal Of Fallen Animals, I) Issuing Written Protocols Confirming The Admission Of Animals To The Shelter, Including In Particular The Date Of Admission And A Description Of The Animals Admitted To The Shelter. For The Proper Implementation Of The Accepted Subject Of The Order: A) Each Time An Animal Is Brought To The Shelter May Only Be Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party, After Agreeing By Phone On The Date Of Transfer Of The Animal. The Contractor May Place An Order By Telephone, Send The Order By Fax Or E-Mail, Before Delivering The Animal To The Shelter. B) The Contractor Will Have Devices And Means For Catching And Humane Treatment Of Animals And Means For Humane Taming And Keeping Animals; C) The Contractor Will Ensure Appropriate Zoohygienic Conditions For Each Species Of Homeless Animal During The Period Of Their Detention; D) When Transporting The Animals, The Contractor Should Meet The Requirements Arising From Art. 24 Of The Act Of 21 August 1997. On Animal Protection, Including, Among Others, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Animals, Avoids Injury To Their Bodies And Suffering, Protects Animals From Extreme Temperatures, Allows For Maintaining Cleanliness And Disinfection, Etc.;E) The Contractor Will Carry Out An Adoption Campaign For Homeless Animals That Are The Subject Of Services Provided Under This Contract;F) The Contractor Will Keep A Register (File) Of Caught Homeless Animals, Containing Information On: Species, Conformation, Date And Place Of Catching, Veterinary Treatments Performed, Decisions Regarding Further The Fate Of The Animal, Photographic Documentation And Comments, Etc. The Contractor Guarantees That The Conditions And Manner Of Dealing With Homeless Animals During The Provision Of The Service Will Not Violate The Provis
