The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Ongoing Legal Services For The Port Czystej Energii Company, Including: Providing Advice, Legal Consultations, Preparing Legal Opinions And Expert Opinions, Formal And Legal Opinions On Contracts, Internal Acts And Other Documents Created In Connection With The Activities Of The Ordering Party, In Particular In The Field Of Energy Law, Environmental Protection Law (Waste), Civil Law, Public Procurement, As Well As Legal Advice On The Current Implementation Of The Ppp Contract And Legal Services In Matters Corporate Entities Of The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation, And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In: (1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; (2) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Agreement.
