Electrical And Telecommunicationsthe Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Fleet Of Low- Or Zero-Emission Vehicles Constituting At Least 10% Of The Vehicles Necessary To Complete The Order. The Ordering Party Will Verify The Above Based On An Extract From The Vehicle Approval Certificate Or Vehicle Registration Certificate. The Documents Described Above (Originals Available For Inspection) Must Be Presented Within 3 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed, Materials Used And Installed Equipment. Upon Signing The Pt (Transfer Of Fixed Assets/Investment Outlays), The Ordering Party May Transfer The Rights Under The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects To The City Unit Managing The Renovated Facility. Deadline For Removing Defects: Up To 14 Days From The Ordering Partys Notification To The Contractor About The Defect.
