The Scope Of The Order In Question Includes The Execution Of 2 Sections: - Along The Provincial And Municipal Roads: Construction Of An Lv Cable Line For Lv Road Lighting - 320 M, Poles - 8 Pcs., Lighting Fixtures - 8 Pcs.; - Along The District Road: Construction Of An Lv Cable Line For Lv Road Lighting - 585 M, Poles - 15 Pcs., Lighting Fixtures -15 Pcs.; Scope Of Works To Be Performed On Each Section: A) Works Related To The Installation Of Poles, B) Works Related To The Installation Of Street Lighting Cables, C) Works Related To The Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And The Performance Of All Works Ensuring The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Together With The Annexes, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Obtaining The Required Consents For The Occupation Of The Road; 3) Surveying Services Along With Post-Construction Inventory; 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works; 5) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition And Compensating Any Damage To The Owners Of Properties Where Damage Occurred Due To The Contractors Fault; 6) Providing Documentation Post-Construction7) Post-Assembly Tests, I.E. Testing The Effectiveness Of Protection Against Electric Shock, Measurements Of Insulation And Earthing Resistance;8) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Waste Management To The Extent That It Completely Exempts The Ordering Party From This Liability.
