The Order Concerns Meals For Children Attending Primary Schools In The City And Commune Of Nowa Dęba, Consisting Of Preparation And Delivery Of One Single-Dish Hot Meal A Day In Accordance With Generally Applicable Food Regulations And Standards, In Particular In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Nutritional Standards According To The Institute Of Nutrition And Food In Warsaw For A Given Age Group, I.E. 7-14 Years Old, As Also The Provisions Of The Law Regarding Food Hygiene And Hccap Standards. The Preparation Of Meals From Powders, Concentrates, Instant Products And Ready-Made Semi-Finished Products Is Excluded. The Production Process Will Take Place In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements, The Haccp System And Ghp/Gmp Principles.3.
