The Order Is Being Implemented For Two Groups Of Beneficiaries, I.E.: 1) Provision Of Shelter Services With The Possibility Of Using Three Meals A Day, Including One Hot One For 5 Homeless People, Women And Men Able To Self-Service, Whose Health Condition Does Not Threaten The Health And Life Of Other People Staying In The Shelter; 2) Providing Shelter Services With Care Services With The Possibility Of Taking Advantage Of Three Meals A Day, Including One Hot One For 2 Homeless People, Women And Men Who, Due To Age Or Illness, Or Disabled, They Require Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting Their Essential Life Needs, And Their Health Condition Does Not Pose A Threat To The Health And Life Of Other People Staying In The Shelter.3. The Estimated Number Of Benefits For The First Group Is 1,825, For The Second Group - 730.4. The Amount Of Services Is Estimated And Is Used To Evaluate Offers For The Purpose Of Comparison.5. The Services Will Be Settled Based On The Actual Number Of Services Provided In A Month. One Benefit Means One Day, I.E. Shelter And 3 Meals A Day, Including 1 Hot Meal.6. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Shelter Services Will Be Provided And The Number Of Benefits Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Shelter And Food Services For Homeless People From The Sadlinka Commune.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Or To Increase It.8. Shelter And Food Services Will Be Provided At The Contractors Accommodation Facilities.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.9. Other Requirements For The Provision Of Shelter And Food Services Are Described In Chapter Ix Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
