The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Provided From Monday To Sunday From 7:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M., On All Days Operation Of The Swimming Pool (Schedule Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Contract). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract By Authorized Lifeguards, In The Number Required In Accordance With Applicable Law, Assuming The Possibility Of Making The Entire Swimming Pool Area Available To Customers. Lifeguard Services At The Swimming Pool Should Consist In Ensuring The Safety Of Swimming Pool Users, In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Detailed Information Regarding The Rescue Service Of The Facility And How It Is Performed Is Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract. In Order To Provide A Reliable Valuation Of The Offer, It Is Possible To Carry Out An On-Site Visit After Prior Telephone Arrangement With The Contact Person Indicated By The Ordering Party.
