Receiving Information About An Event From Monitoring The City (Inspection Of The City Area) Or Obtaining Information: From The Operator, The Police, The Municipal Guard In Zawiercie, Relevant Departments/Departments Of The Municipal Office In Zawiercie, Other Entities Or Residents.6) Performing The Service Using Devices And Means That Do Not Expose The Animal To Injuries And Suffering.7) Taking Homeless Animals From The Zawiercie Commune To The Shelter Using Adapted A Car Enabling The Proper Placement Of The Animal During Transport.8) Performing The Duties Referred To In Point 7 Immediately, But No Later Than Within 2 Hours Of Catching The Stray Animal.9) Admitting Pets Injured In Road Accidents To An Animal Shelter, From An Animal Treatment Facility (Which Will Be Selected In A Separate Procedure) Handling The Task Entitled: Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals In The Area Zawiercie Commune For 2026), After He Has Provided: Care, Which Consists Of: - Diagnostics (When It Is Necessary To Perform An Ultrasound Or X-Ray) - Access To The Injured Animal If Necessary; - Administration Of Painkillers And Anti-Inflammatory Drugs; - Dressing The Injured Animal And Then, If The Animal Is Able To Be Transported, Directing It To Continue The Prescribed Treatment: - Performing Procedures Saving The Animals Life And Health. - Carrying Out The Procedure.
