In The Period From January 1, 2026 (Or From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) To December 31, 2026. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Requirements Regarding The Services Offered:1. The Ordering Party Expects The Preparation And Serving Of A Hot Meal For Each Beneficiary Referred By Mopsiwr In The Form Of: A) Soup With Meat, Served With: Bread, Pasta Or Rice, Or Potatoes - A Maximum Of 2 Days A Week, Or/ And B) A Second Meat Dish - At Least 3 Times A Week, Or/ And C) A Second Meatless Dish: Dumplings, Pancakes, Potato Dumplings, Croquettes, Fish Or Semi-Meat Dishes, E.G. Bi-Gos, Noodles, Pasta Casserole, Or Potato And Meat Casserole, Pilaf, Baked Beans - Maximum Twice A Week. Compote Is Served With Each Meal.2. The Meal Is Eaten By The Beneficiary In The Premises Indicated By The Contractor, Which Meets The Appropriate Conditions Specified In The Law For Mass Catering Premises, Taking Into Account The Following Reservation: The Contractor Is Obliged, After Prior Notification, To Provide Qualified Beneficiaries With A Takeaway Meal In Disposable Containers Specially Intended For This Purpose, Without Charging Additional Fees. The Guardian Who Provides Services To This Person On Behalf Of The Beneficiary Is Also Entitled To Collect The Meal In The Container Referred To Above On Behalf Of The Beneficiary.3. It Is Expected That The Average Monthly Number Of Meals Will Be Approximately 760 Pieces, I.E. An Average Of 25 Meals A Day. The Annual Number Of Meals Will Be Approximately 9,125 Pieces. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Meals Served May Change During The Term Of The Contract.6. Meals Served Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Varied, Good Quality, Hot, And Portions Consistent With Public Catering Standards.
