1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Performing And Supervising The Current Operation Of Real Estate In The Field Of Maintenance, Current Repairs, Technical Inspections In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Manual, Installations And Devices And The Latest Technical Knowledge, As Well As Performing Coordination And Organizational Functions Regarding The Operation Of Real Estate, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Agreement Is Also To Ensure The Safe Use And Proper Operation Of The Real Estate And To Maintain The Real Estate In A Non-Deteriorated Condition, In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition By Taking Care Of The Real Estate With Due Care. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Three Basic Scopes: 1.1.1. Technical Service Inside The Building Of The Modernity Center Młyn Wiedzy.1.1.2. Technical Service Inside The Building Of The Center For Innovative Education. 1.1.3. Technical Service Outside The Property Of Centrum Nowoczesności Młyn Wiedzy. 1.2.
