Armii Krajowej 5, 05-400 Otwockb) Approx. 200 Users, Approx. 200 Workstations Equipped With The Following Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11C) Approx. 25 Printers, Copiers And Multifunction Devicesii. The Contractors Tasks During The Execution Of The Order: 1) In The Field Of Computer Devices And Systems: A) User Support From: 8.00-16.00, Including Every Monday From 08:00-18:00 (At The Offices Headquarters - On-Site Service) By 3 People Delegated To Work At The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Including 1 Coordinator). B) Working In The Microsoft Windows Server Standard 2016-2022 System - The Ict Infrastructure Is Provided By The Ordering Party. C) Supporting All Users In Working On Computers And Printing Devices (Printers, Photocopiers, Multifunction Devices), Identifying And Solving Their Problems Related To The Operation And Configuration Of Computer Hardware And Software, Immediate Processing Of All Requests, Providing Instructions On The Use Of Computer Hardware And Software, Configuration Of E-Mail Accounts. D) Configuration And Installation Of Printer Drivers, Multifunction Devices And Replacement Of Toners.E) Identification And Resolution Of Faults Related To Computer Hardware, Software And Network Connections, And Providing Logistical And Organizational Support When Handing Over Computer Equipment For Repair.F) Identification And Resolution Of Faults Related To Malware And Computer Security From The Users Side.G) Installation Of Software And Computer Hardware, Its Modifications, Updates And Configurations Depending On Current Needs And Purchases Made.H) Relocation, Connecting And Disconnecting Computer Equipment Within The Ordering Partys Computer Network In Accordance With Its Needs.I) Maintaining Documentation Related To Repairs Of Computer Equipment.J) Moving Installed Parts With Assignment To A Fixed Asset And Making Appropriate Entries.K) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Keeping Records Of It Equipment In The Personnel Of Employees.L) Contact With Companies Servicing Computer And Printer Equipment As Part Of Warranty And Service Repairs. M) Performing Other Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party, Consisting In Supporting Users Of The Ordering Partys Local Computer Network In Their Daily Work And Carrying Out Maintenance, Logistic And Organizational Work Related To The Maintenance Of The System. N) Replacing Used Toners And Inks For Printing Devices (Printers, Copiers, Multifunction Devices), Identifying Reported Faults In Printing Devices And Removing Minor Faults (E.G. Paper Jams, Etc.).O) Ensuring Compliance With It Support Procedures.P) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Records Of All Submitted Reports (Including Telephone, E-Mail And Oral). The Records Must Be Kept On An Ongoing Basis And Contain At Least: - Registration Of The Report, Including At Least: The Reporting Person, - The Person Accepting The Report, The Content Of T
