WCS has been working in Nigeria since 2001, leading efforts to protect the critical habitat for the Cross River gorilla and other species as well as supporting local livelihoods and improving levels of conservation awareness. In Cross River, WCS has been providing support to improve the protection and management of Cross River National Park and Afi Mountain Wildlife Sanctuary since 2011 and has led efforts to create a community wildlife project in the Mbe Mountains. The contractor is expected to conduct this filming, showing adaptability in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to produce images that reflect as accurately as possible the activities and environment in which WCS operates, with logistical support from field teams. The video script will be reviewed after the visit to adjust it to the sequences that could actually be filmed. Upon each use, WCS will make reasonable efforts to credit the contractor.
