Tenders are invited for Energy Efficiency Improvement and Rehabilitation of Psychiatry Clinical Hospital This Invitation for Tenders is issued by Moldova Energy Project Implementation Unit, hereinafter referred to as the Client, who intends using part of the proceeds of a loans received from European Investment Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and grants received from EU Neighbourhood Investment Platform towards the cost of Energy efficiency improvement and rehabilitation of Psychiatry Clinical Hospital. The Client now invites tenders from prospective Tenders for the aforementioned contract. The procedure is conducted in accordance with open procedure as described in the EIB Guide to procurement for projects financed by the EIB version 2024.
