Request for Proposal For Data Verification Services For Tifa Grants To Regional Referral Hospitals -Uganda

Tenders are invited for Data Verification Services for TIFA Grants to Regional Referral Hospitals -Uganda The Tuberculosis Implementation Framework Agreement (TIFA) project, implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), is soliciting proposals from eligible and qualified Offerors to enter into a subcontract to provide data verification services for reports submitted by Regional Referral Hospitals (RRHs) in Uganda. JSI intends to issue up to two fixed price subcontracts to the Offeror(s) that best meets the objectives of this solicitation based on the evaluation review criteria described in this Request for Proposals (RFP), subject to a risk assessment. Qualified Offerors interested in submitting a proposal are encouraged to read this RFP thoroughly to understand the terms of reference, proposal submission requirements, and evaluation and selection process. The TIFA project is funded by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) and is subject to all applicable regulations and provisions. This document is a request for proposals only, and in no way obligates JSI to make any award; nor does it commit JSI to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of comments/suggestions or a proposal. Proposals are submitted at the risk of the Offeror. All preparation and submission costs are at the Offerors expense.
