Tenders are invited for Building Maintenance Services Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The work comprises the provision of all required services, including but not limited to, management, supervision, manpower, equipment, tools, materials and all other requirements for Building Maintenance Services at all Company Facilities. The contractor shall perform general services and maintenance works across all Company facilities in accordance with the Companys requirements. This includes minor civil, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works; carpentry, aluminum, and painting touch-ups; installation and replacement tasks; cleaning services; and signboard works. The contractor is also expected to provide practical technical advice and support in sourcing materials, technical data, catalogues, brochures, standards, and samples from relevant ministries, manufacturers, suppliers, and other entities.
