Petr Všetečka, Ičo: 49933027, Registered Office At Vackova 837/13, 612 00 Brno, Number In The Čka List 2635, Authorization With General Scope (A.1, A.2 And A.3) And Others, See Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation). All Properties, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation And In The Project Documentation, Which Together With The Measurement Statement Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89 Paragraph 6 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions That Would Not Be Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Without Its Use.
