The Procurement Consists Of The Annual Leveling And Straightening Of Stern Piles At The Locations Indicated On The Attached Maps (Fixed Price) And Construction And Maintenance Work Carried Out At Separately Offered Unit Prices. With The Offered Unit Prices, Possible Renewal Of Stern Piles And Suitable Construction And Maintenance Works Of Marinas And Shore Areas Will Be Carried Out. The Annual Procurement Amount That Is The Basis For The Offered Unit Prices Is Based On The Investments Defined In The Budget And Separately Agreed Work Items. The Repair Of The Fixed Part Of The Pappila-B Platform And The Painting Of The Railings Of The Kailo Bridge Are Known For 2026. Leveling And Straightening Of The Stern Piles (Fixed Price):- The Stern Piles Must Be In Accordance With The Attached Map. The Measurement On The Map Means From The Center Of The Pile To The Center Of The Pile.- The Total Number Of Tail Piles To Be Leveled / Straightened Can Be Seen From The Attached Pictures - The Equipment Moving-Loading Costs Etc. Must Be Included In The Fixed Price.- The Leveling Of The Piles And The Straightening Contract Must Be Completed For The Year 2026 By May 1, 2026. For 2027, The Contract Must Be Completed By April 30, 2027. For The Year 2028, The Contract Must Be Completed By April 28, 2028. Works Based On Unit Prices:- Procurement And Installation Of New Stern Piles: Unusable Piles (Assessed In Connection With Leveling/Straightening By The Customers Staff) Must Be Replaced As Follows: Stern Pile: Spruce Pile Delivered By The Contractor, 8-10 M Long, With A Top Diameter Of At Least 125 Mm. The Height Of The Stern Piles From The 0-Water Level Is 1.80 M. Procurement And Fixing Of The Piles The Piles Must Be In A Straight Line (The Distance From The Quay With The Same Pile Intervals) And Vertical. The Customer Will Determine The Possible Underwater Piping/Cables In The Work Area.- In 2026, Renewal Of The Fixed Part Of Pappila B Pier, Painting Of The Railings Of The Kailo Bridge, And Other Work That May Be Ordered Separately. The Unit Quantities Given In The Criteria Are Only Used As A Basis For Comparison. The Contract And Contract Period Is The Calendar Years 2026, 2027 And 2028 Starting From The Creation Of The Contract.
