The Object Of This Framework Agreement Consists Of Providing Legal Support By Lawyers. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Flemish Energy And Climate Agency May Instruct One Of The Lawyers/Lawyers Associations With Which The Assignment Is Concluded (Limited Number Per Lot, Achieving At Least A Score Of 65), To Represent It In A Specific Dispute Before The Judicial Authorities Or Other Dispute Resolution Bodies (Curative), Or To Provide It With Targeted Legal Advice With Regard To Issues That Could Possibly Give Rise To Lawsuits (Preventative), Or To To Provide General Legal Advice On This Matter. This Framework Agreement Therefore Only Concerns The General Appointment Of The Lawyers And Is Separate - Including In Terms Of Duration - From The Individual Assignments (Legal Representation In A Specific Dispute) Given On The Basis Of It. This Service Contract Relates To The Assistance And Legal Representation Of The Flemish Region And The Flemish Community In Legal Disputes (As Claimant Or As Defendant) Before The Courts And Other Dispute Resolution Bodies And To The Provision Of Legal Advice In This Regard. This Order Is An Order For Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 2, 21° Of The Public Procurement Act Of 17 June 2016.
