The Scope Of Work Includes The Necessary Types Of Service Activities As Follows: 1. At Least Once A Year Check The Condition Of The Individual Types Of System Equipment, Fans, Valves, Actuators, Pumps, Sensors, Air Ducts, Valves, Etc. 2. At Least Twice A Year Cleaning Of The Detachable Parts Of The Main Air Ducts And The Convectors /Radiators To Them/. 3. At Least Twice A Year, In The Months Of May And October, Complete Preventive Maintenance Of The Systems In The Building, Which Includes: Cleaning Of The Main Convectors, Heat Exchangers, Air Ducts And Drippers In The Engine Room With The Necessary Preparation /Chemical And Technical Means/; Cleaning Of All External Units Of The Air Conditioners In The Building With The Necessary Detergent; Cleaning Of All Condensers To The Air Conditioning Systems In The Building. /Including Those Mounted On The Roof, The Yard And In The Garage/; Planned And Preventive Inspections Of The Machines And Equipment In Order To Establish The Degree Of Their Wear And Deviations From The Normal Operation Of The Installations, Which Include: Lubrication, Greasing, Venting, Checking The Gas Pressure / Freons Of All Air Conditioners And Compressor Machines In The Building/ And Their Replenishment, Etc. 4. At Least Twice A Year, In The Months Of March And October, Measurement Of The Freon Pressure In The Air Conditioning Systems, As Well As The Necessary Preventive Measures For Machines And Units Operating With Controlled Greenhouse Gases. 5. Monthly Replacement Or Cleaning Of The Filters In The Engine Room, Floor 1 And Basement Room, Such As In The Months Of April, May, June, July, August And September Twice A Month. 6. Monthly Cleaning Of The Filters Of The Convectors In Halls On Floors 1, 3 And 4, And The Air Conditioners At The Security. 7. Twice In The Months Of April, May, June, July, August And September Visit The Site To Inspect And Check The Systems In The Entire Building. 8. The Filter Materials Of The Convectors In The Offices Are Cleaned Twice A Year, And Every Year The Filter Material Is Replaced With A New One. Cleaning The Filters Of All Split Systems At Least Three Times A Year. 9.
