The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Reduce The Population Of Mosquitoes And The Related Risks Of The Occurrence Of Vector-Borne Infectious Diseases Among People In The Country Through The Timely Organization And Implementation Of Disinsection Measures For Their Control, Based On The Implementation Of Monitoring And Disinsection (Larvicidal And Imagocidal) Treatments. The Current Public Procurement Includes 5 Separate Positions As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Disinsection Measures Against Mosquitoes In The Following Areas - Vidin, Vratsa And Montana; Separate Position No. 2: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Disinsection Measures Against Mosquitoes In The Following Areas - Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovech, Pleven And Targovishte; Separate Position No. 3: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Disinsection Measures Against Mosquitoes In The Following Areas - Varna, Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra And Shumen; Separate Position No. 4: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Disinsection Measures Against Mosquitoes In The Following Areas - Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pazardzhik, Pernik, Sofia Region And Sofia City; Separate Position No. 5: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Disinsection Measures Against Mosquitoes In The Following Areas - Burgas, Kardjali, Plovdiv, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Haskovo And Yambol. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement For The Relevant Specific Position Starts From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract And Is Until 30.09.2026. The Place Of Execution Of The Public Order Is On The Territory Of The Whole Country, And The Place Of Execution Of Each Separate Item Is The Territory Of The Mosquito Habitats Of The Administrative Districts Included In It. Information On The Location Of The Specified Areas For Processing By Area Will Be Provided By The Contracting Authority Or By A Person Authorized By It To The Contractor, After The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Relevant Specific Position. In The Event Of A Change In The Specified Areas Within A Specific Position, The Employer Shall Notify The Contractor Of The Above Circumstance Within 5 Days. The Total Area After The Change Does Not Exceed The Area Determined For The Relevant Specific Item.
