Tenders Are Invited For Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Construction - Repair Works Of The Site Cleaning Of The Bed Of A Ravine (Tributary Of The River Blatnitsa (Azmaka)) In The Regulatory Limits Of The City Of Nova Zagora, Passing Along The Western Border Of The City
The Subject Of The Order Is Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Construction - Repair Works Of The Bed Of A Gully Within The Regulatory Limits Of The City Of Nova Zagora, Located In The Western Area Of The City, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Safe Conduct Of The Water Flow And Better Protection From Floods. The Bed Of The Considered Section Of The Ravine Is A Land Profile. The Banks And Part Of The Bottom Are Densely Overgrown With Bushes, Grass And Tree Vegetation. The Condition Of The Bed Of The Gully Is Compromised And In Some Places Silted Up By Tree And Shrub Vegetation, Earth Masses, Household Waste And Car Tires. Swamping And Individual Narrowed Sections Are Observed. All This Leads To The Slowing Down Of The Rivers Outflow During High Water. There Is A Real Danger Of Flooding And Inundation With Each Passage Of A Higher Wave For The Houses, Industrial Sites And Properties Of Private And Municipal Property Located In The Immediate Vicinity. Due To The Uncleaned River Bed, The Conductivity Is Reduced And In Case Of Intense Rainfall There Is A Risk Of Flooding The Adjacent Territories. The Section Planned For Cleaning And Reshaping The Bed Of The Ravine Has An Approximate Length Of 2830 M Within The Regulatory Limits Of The Town Of Nova Zagora. The Upper End Of The Section Is Located About 380 M Upstream From Patriarch Evtimii Street (Republicanski Path Ii-66), And The Lower End Is At The Road Slv 1033, Connecting The Village Of Stoil Voivoda And The Town Of Nova Zagora. The Current Direction In The Area Of The Considered Section Is North-South. The Purpose Of The Project Development Is To Improve The Hydraulic Conductivity Of A Gully Located In The Western Zone And The Urbanized Territory Of The Town Of Nova Zagora And To Reduce The Risk Of Flooding Of Properties And Municipal Infrastructure.
