On The Basis Of Art. 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Separate Item No. 2 With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 13,400.00 Excluding Vat And Separate Item No. 3 With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 2,460.38 Excluding Vat, Planned As Separate Items In This Public Procurement, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Their Individual Value - By Direct Award On The Basis Of Art. 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of Zop, Since The Value Of Each Of The Two Separate Items Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464, As Well As The Total Estimated Value Of The Two Items Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
