The Tender Includes The North Jutland Region Handing Over The Right To Establish, Finance And Operate Lightning Chargers At Seven Central Hospital Units In North Jutland In Accordance With The Afi Regulation (Regulation 2023/1804 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 13 September 2023 On The Establishment Of Infrastructure For Alternative Fuels) And The Afi Act (Executive Order No. 1043 Of 17 September 2024 On Infrastructure For Alternative Fuels For Transport With Associated Executive Orders, Including Executive Order No. 375 Of 9 April 2024 On Contracting Parties Right To Act As Operators Of Publicly Accessible Charging Points. Lightning Chargers Must Be Set Up At The Hospitals In Aalborg (Both Medicinerhuset And Hospitalsbyen), Frederikshavn, Farsø And Thisted. The Lightning Chargers Will Be Placed Close To The Main Entrance To The Individual Hospitals, And 2 Charging Points Will Be Established Per Location. The Agreement Runs For 10 Years From The Commissioning Of The Charging Station At The Last Location, Which Means That The Charging Points (With Associated Parking Spaces) Are Reserved For The Public During The Period Outside The Reserved Time Commitment To Nts / Region Nordjyllands Application For The Tender And Installation Of Lightning Chargers At Central Hospital Units In North Jutland, Which Are Reserved For Flex Traffic. The Danish Transport Agency Has Given A Commitment To Co-Finance 50% Of The Project, And They Have Thus Given A Commitment To Provide A Grant Of Up To Dkk 5,179,750 For The Project. Execution Of Tenders, Etc. The Subsidy That Can Be Obtained By The Operator Can Amount To A Maximum Of Dkk 4,849,000 Including Vat. Region Nordjylland Will Not Use Its Own Funds For The Physical Establishment Or Operation Of The Lightning Chargers And Will Only Provide Support To The Winning Bidder (The Operator), And This Only If There Are No Bidders Who Offer To Pay A Concession Fee Of The Draft Concession Contract, While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Requirements Specification.
