The Subject Of The Award Is The Award Of The Operational Management And Maintenance Of The Street Lighting In Andernach. The Previous Operations Management And Maintenance Contract Has Ended. There Is An Interim Solution With The Current Operator Until The End Of This Procurement Process. Bidders Must Be Prepared For The Fact That There Are Still 20 Street Lighting Switching Points And Meters In Medium-Voltage Systems Of The Local Distribution Network Operator Stadtwerke Ander-Nach Energie Gmbh (Swa-E). Access To And Work In These Switching Points Is Only Possible If Accompanied By Swa-E Employees. For Basic Access Authorization, The Employees Deployed On Site Must First Meet All The Requirements Of A Qualified Electrician (In Particular: Relevant Training With Knowledge And Experience). Swa-E Reserves The Right To Request Appropriate Evidence (E.G. Journeymans Certificate, Certificates Of Further Training). There Are Currently Around 4,500 Lighting Points In The City Of Andernach. At The Start Of The Contract, Only A Few Lights (Mainly Rope Lights) Will Not Be Led Lights. The Contract Term Is 48 Months. A Two-Time Extension Of The Contract Term Of 24 Months Each Is Permitted.
