Agricultural Machinery – Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Navigation Set For Wireless Data Transmission. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Navigation Set For Wireless Data Transmission, Hereinafter Referred To As The Tractor, To The Podlasie Agricultural Advisory Center In Szepietowo, Free From Damage And Physical And Legal Defects, And In Compliance With The Standards And Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Together With The Award Of Instruction On How To Operate The Delivered Tractor. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Tractor, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Technical And Operational Parameters Provided By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Constitute The Minimum Requirements. Failure To Provide Any Parameter Gives The Ordering Party Grounds To Reject The Offer. The Contractor May Offer A Tractor With Better Parameters Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In This Attachment. The Parameters Of The Offered Tractor Should Be Described In The Completed Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, Which Should Be Submitted Together With The Offer Form. 3. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months And Covers An Agricultural Tractor With A Navigation Kit For Wireless Data Transmission. During The Warranty Period, The Costs Of Warranty Repairs Are Fully Borne By The Contractor. The Tractor Service Must Be Carried Out By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Service Partner Of The Manufacturer At A Service Point Located At A Distance Of No More Than 80 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Tractor To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Podr Szepietowo, Szepietowo-Wawrzyńce 64, 18-210 Szepietowo. The Contractor, Together With The Tractor, Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Reasons For Not Dividing: The Order Covers The Delivery Of 1 Agricultural Tractor, Therefore Dividing The Order Is Not Possible. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7. 8. Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Granted To It.
