In Order To Achieve The Targets Provided By The Legislation In Force Regarding The Preparation For Reuse, Recycling And Capitalization Of Construction Waste, It Is Necessary To Contract Some Sorting, Treatment, Crushing And Capitalization Services Of This Waste, Provided By An Authorized Economic Operator. The Provider Is Obliged To Sort, Treat And Crush Waste Separately For Each Waste Code. He Must Also Hold An Environmental Authorization Valid For The Duration Of The Contract, For The Mentioned Services. The Amount Of Construction Waste Estimated To Be Collected From Sector 3 And Transported To The Economic Operator For Treatment And Recovery In This Regard Is Estimated Between 300 And 750 Tons/Month The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For 12 Months – March 2026-February 2027 Is 2,250,000 Lei + Vat (9000 Tons/ 12 Months) Minimum Amount For The Smallest Subsequent Contract – 1 Month 2026 (March) 300 Tons/Month Maximum Quantity For The Smallest Subsequent Contract -1 Month 2026 (March) 750 Tons / Month Minimum Quantity For The Largest Subsequent Contract – 9 Months 2026 (April - December 2026 ) 300 Tons/Month X 9 Months = 2700 Tons Maximum Quantity For The Most Large Subsequent Contract -9 Months 2026 (April - December 2026) 750 Tons / Month X 9 Months = 6,750 Tons Minimum Quantity Subsequent Contract - 2 Months 2027 (January - February 2027) 300 Tons/Month X 2 Months = 600 Tons Maximum Quantity Subsequent Contract - 2 Months 2027 (January - February 2027) 750 Tons / Month X 2 Months = 1500 Tons
