The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Management Of Archived Personal Files Of Students Of The Warsaw University Of Technology, Stored In The Warehouses Of The Archives Of The Warsaw University Of Technology, Consisting Of: 1) Inventory: Recording (Inventorying) Of Non-Archival And Archival Documentation Of The Warsaw University Of Technology, Including Files Of Graduates And Former Students. 2) Resource Records With The Following Attributes: A) Student Files: Name, Surname, Album Number, Barcode Number (Affixed By The Contractor); B) Attributes For Registration Are Located Inside The Folders And On The Covers Of The Folders. There Are Cases Where Folders Are Described Illegibly; You Should Verify Whether The Attributes On The Cover, If Any, Match The Contents Of The Folder. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz.
