A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With Annexes. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 85312320-8 - Advisory Services 79140000-7 - Legal Advisory And Information Services 4. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts For Organizational And Economic Reasons. Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Was Important That The Entire Contract Was Coordinated By One Contractor. As A Consequence, This Would Not Lead To Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz 9. If The Contractor Declares That He Will Perform Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order On His Own, The Ordering Party Will Consider This As Fulfilling The Condition Of Employing Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Under An Employment Contract.
