The Requested Services Include In Particular: - Object Planning For Outdoor Areas: Design Surface Measures, Green Spaces, Furniture, Lighting Concept Including Light Staging Of Historical Elements - Object Planning For Traffic Systems: Technical Interventions In The Road Body, Adaptation And New Construction Of Drainage Facilities, Construction Supervision. - Familiarization With The Previous Planning Status And Addition To The Status Of A Completed Draft Plan (Including Cost Calculation And Explanatory Report). - Participation In The Preparation Of Funding Reports And Proof Of Use. Consideration Of The Funding Providers Requirements When Tendering For The Construction Work And Its Billing. - Coordination With Residents, Authorities, Other Project Participants And Consideration Of Parallel Measures. - Ensuring Accessibility And Regular Participation In Coordination Appointments (Digital And On-Site). The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages, With Services Up To And Including Lph 5 Being Commissioned As The First Stage. Lph 6 To 8 Are Optionally Assigned As Level 2. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Commission The Second Stage.
