The Installation Must Make It Possible To Continuously Ensure The Required Temperature Levels In The Various Refrigeration Rooms, Without Significant Interruption Of Activity In The Central Kitchen. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Application Of The Overall Flat-Rate Price As Specified In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Flat-Rate Price, Which Will Be Reported In The Commitment Document Upon Award.
