The Contribution Service Is An Unincorporated Joint Institution Of The Ard, The Zdf And The Dr. The Contribution Service Is Tasked With Collecting The Broadcasting Contribution And Manages Around 46.0 Million Contribution Accounts. As Part Of This Procurement Process, The Contribution Service Of Ard, Zdf And Deutschlandradio Is Tendering For The Procurement Of A Data Backup System For Operation In Its Failsafe Data Center In Ismaning. The Objectives Of The Award Measure Are: - The Purchase Of An Eternus Cs8400 System (Hereinafter Referred To As Cs8400), Which Is To Be Operated For The Contribution Service At The Ismaning Location In The Failsafe Data Center, - The Expansion Of The Eternus Cs8800 System (Hereinafter Referred To As Cs8800) At The Cologne Location In Order To Ensure Data Replication Via Cascading To And From The Ismaning Location, - The Necessary Services For The Deliveries, For Which Initial Setup, For The Configurations, For The Expansion, For Setting Up The Cascading, For The Implementation Up To The Commissioning Of The Data Replication, - The Conclusion Of A Maintenance Contract With A Term Until December 31, 2029 From The Successful Acceptance Of The Data Backup System At The Ismaning Location Plus An Extension Option For A Further 12 Months Until December 31, 2030 And - The Conclusion Of A Maintenance Contract (From Acceptance Of The Expansion) Until November 30, 2026 For All Hardware Components Necessary To Expand The Eternus Cs8800 System At The Cologne Location. The Purchase And Maintenance Contract Is Concluded By Awarding The Contract To The Most Economical Offer.
