The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Subject Of The Order Complies With The Zn-07/Pkp Cargo 8 Standard, 2) The Brake Inserts Are Of The Highest Quality, Made Of Abrasion-Resistant High-Phosphorus Cast Iron Of The P10 Grade According To The Zn-07/Pkp Cargo 4 Standard, The Polish Standard Pn-K-88151:2002 And The Uic 832 Card Issued By The International Union Of Railways, 3) For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Had A Certificate Of Approval For Operation Of A Typical Rail Vehicle Element Issued By The Office Of Rail Transport (Formerly The Chief Railway Inspector). 3. 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing The Equivalence Of The Offered Technical Parameters In Relation To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
