Time Accounting Or Human Resources Software Package – 2025/9707 Contract For The Supply Of A Software Solution In Saas Mode For The Comprehensive Management Of The Human Resources Of The Diputació De Girona And Its Dependent Organizations And The Services Related To The Actions Associated With The Implementation And Parameterization Of The Licenses. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Software In Saas (Software As A Service) Mode For The Comprehensive Management Of Human Resources Of The Provincial Council Of Girona And Its Dependent Organizations. Also The Object Of This Contract Is The Implementation And Migration Of Data From The Current Systems To The New System, The Integration With The Accounting Management Program, With The Entry Registry And With The File Management Program In Cases Where It Is Convenient To Parameterize It, As Well As The Training And Consulting For The Personnel Who Have To Work And/Or Use The New Solution, And The Integration Of The Time Control Terminals That Are Currently In Service.
