Construction-Site Supervision Services – Framework Agreement For Services For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects, Construction Supervision And Investor Control For The Needs Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Iskar District. The Subject Of The Order (Framework Agreement) Includes An Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of Objects, According To Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, In Volume And Scope, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding Bylaws; Including, But Not Limited To, Control Over The Completeness And Correct Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003; Control Of The Quantities, Prices And Quality Of The Implemented Smrs, Including Investor Control During Construction, When Such Is Necessary And Requested By The Contracting Authority; Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation For Issuing Certificates Under Article 74 Of The Zut And Under Article 116, Paragraph 1 And Article 175, Paragraph 5, Of The Zut On The Basis Of Article 32, Paragraph 1, Of The Zkir; Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object/S, According To Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation And Commissioning Of The Object/S, According To The Conditions Described In The Announcement, The Documentation, The Technical Specifications And The Contract For This Public Procurement. The Execution Of Specific Activities From The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out As Necessary For The Contracting Authority During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. It Is Expected That The Majority Of The Design And Construction Activities - The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Will Relate To The Objects And Facilities Managed By The Metropolitan Municipality - Iskar Region On The Territory Of The Region, And Will Include The Improvement Of The Quality Of Parts Of The Street Surface And Its Adjacent Infrastructure In The Neighborhood Spaces On The Territory Of The Iskar Region, As Well As Current And Major Repairs And Reconstructions Of Parks, Public Spaces And Buildings With Public Purpose Such As Kindergartens, Schools And Others. The Specific Investment Sites Will Be Determined During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, In The Course Of Implementation Of The Investment Program Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Iskar Region, The Budget Framework That Implements The Region And According To The Arising Needs And Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Provision Of The Services From The Subject Of The Order (The Framework Agreement).
