Electricity – This Consultation Aims To Conclude A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts With A Maximum, As Regulated By Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code And Having For Purpose The Supply And Delivery Of Electricity For The Various Sites Of Saintes Maries De La Mer. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Services Below: - The Complete Supply Of Electricity To The Delivery Points Supplying The Buildings Of The Lot(S) For Which The Candidate Is Committed; - Access To The Public Distribution Network And Its Use For Delivery Points Within The Framework Of A Single Contract; - The Services Listed In The Catalog Of Additional Services Of The Distribution Network Manager (Grd); - The Services Associated With This Supply. The Characteristics Of The Expected Services Are Described In This Specific Clauses Book (Ccatp). The Estimated Amount Of Needs Within The Market Scope Is: 1.5 Gwh Per Year Of Delivery. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 12 Gwh Over The Duration Of The Market
