3.3 The Scope Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Includes: A) Preparation Of Complete Construction Designs Taking Into Account All Required Industries Along With All Arrangements And Additional Studies, Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit, B) Preparation Of Complete Land Development Designs As Well As Technical, Architectural And Construction Designs, C) Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Existing Trees And Possible Felling Of Trees Colliding With The Planned Construction, D) Leveling The Existing Area For The Planned Construction, E) Providing Surveying Services, F) Preparing Complete Designs Of Temporary Traffic Organization Along With Opinions And Approvals, G) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation, H) Delivery And Assembly Of Devices/Installations/Networks, I) Performing Mechanical, Technical And Technological Commissioning Of The Constructed Sewage Pumping Stations With The Achievement Of Parameters Required By Applicable Regulations And The Ordering Party, J) Preparing A Surveying Inventory And As-Built Documentation, K) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Inspections And Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Sewage System Together With The Facilities Into Use And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required) Or A Certificate Of Acceptance Of The Notice Of Completion Of Works From The Local Construction Supervision Authority, L) Conducting Training For The Employers Employees, M) Preparing Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Facilities, Maintenance Of Equipment Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Facilities.
