The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction, Expansion And Renovation Of The Building Of Primary School No. 14 Along With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure At Ul. Zachodnia 2 In Wrocław, Divided Into Tasks: 1.1. Task 1: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Main Building Of Primary School No. 14, Including Land Development And Technical Infrastructure, Divided Into Stages: A) Stage 1: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Basements And Ground Floor Of The Main Building, Including Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Taking Into Account: - Adaptation To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. And Needs Of People With Disabilities,─ Construction Of A Fire Road, Parking Lot And Driveway For Cars,─ Equipping The Playground With Sensory Integration Devices And A Mini-Gym, B) Stage 2: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Main Building, Including: Adaptation To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. And Needs Of People With Disabilities, C) Stage 3: Renovation Of The Roof And Facade Of The Main Building With Thermal Modernization, 1.2. Task 2: Expansion Of Primary School No. 14 With A New Sports Block With A Connector, Including The Demolition Of The Existing Sports Block With A Connector And Development Of The Area Surrounding The Facility, 1.3. Task 3: Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Referred To In Tasks 1 And 2.
