The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Ups Devices (8 Pieces Of Ups Type A And 1 Piece Of Ups Type B) Along With A Manufacturers Warranty And Technical Support For A Period Of 36 Months And Dismantling Of Old Devices. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. All Requirements Specified In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
