The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Road Leading From The Town Of Skwierzyna To The Town Of Murzynowo As Part Of An Investment Task Planned To Be Co-Financed And Implemented As Part Of The Project Called: Construction Of The Skwierzyna-Murzynowo-Gościnowo Bicycle Path - Stage I. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: • Construction Of A Bicycle Road With A Length Of Approximately 4,064.67 M, • Construction Of A Bicycle Road - Rest Areas, On Which Elements Of Small Architecture Are Planned To Be Placed (Shelters, Benches, Garbage Cans, Bicycle Racks),• Recultivation Of Existing Green Areas And Arrangement Of New Green Areas,• 2 Information Boards. The Planned Construction Works Are Located On Plots No.: • 1125, 1122, 659, 663, 549/2, 549/1, Murzynowo Precinct,• 2, Precinct 1 Skwierzyna,• 10/3, 10/4 Precinct 2 Skwierzyna. The Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. Note! All Names And Trademarks Given In The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Other Documents Are Exemplary And Were Used To Determine The Expected Quality Standard And Or Indicate The Expected Technical Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, Which Means An Offer That Presents A Description Of The Subject Of The Order With The Same Or Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. Notes: A/ All General Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Persons. B/ All Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice And Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Environmental Protection.C/ The Technology For Carrying Out The Works May Be Changed To Another One, Provided That It Does Not Have Lower Technical And Operational Parameters, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Investor And The Author Of The Project. D/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principle Of Not Causing Harm To The Environment (Dnsh).
