The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Renovation Of The Stairs In Front Of The Tall Main Building - Installation Of Balustrades And Stair Platform At The Main Entrance Of Ucmmit2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Including: 1) Design Architectural Description, Annex No. 1 To The Template Agreement/Agreement2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Attachment No. 2 To The Template Agreement/Contract3) Bill Of Quantities, Attachment No. 3 To The Template Agreement/Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, But The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, But Not Longer Than 72 Months. Regardless Of The Warranty, The Completed Item Of The Order Is Covered By The Same Warranty Period. Details Regarding The Warranty And Guarantee Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp - It Should Be Assumed That Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Proper Names Are Used Only To Specify The Quality, Technical And Technological Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.6. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is: The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Powstania Styczniowego 9B, 81-519 Gdynia.
