1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Improving The Quality And Accessibility Of Medical Services In The Field Of Cardiology Provided At The John Paul Ii Provincial Hospital In Bełchatów, As Part Of Funds* From The Planned Co-Financing Of Projects Proposed For Support Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Entities Medicinal Products.*Attention! The Outcome Of The Proceedings Will Depend On The Financing Obtained By The Ordering Party. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Granted To It, And The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure On This Basis Was Provided For In The Contract Notice.2) The Task Concerns The Modernization (Renovation) Of: A. Cardiology Department B. Sub-Unit Of Intensive Cardiological Supervision C. Cardiac Rehabilitation Department 3) The Contract Covers Construction Works In The Above-Mentioned. Areas Of The Cardiology Department. The Works Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations And Requirements Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Other Guidelines That Are Attached To The Swz.4) The Detailed Scope Of The Task Based On Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Is Specified In The Ffu Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order, The Contractor Also Takes Into Account The Provisions Of The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service, Which Constitute Annexes To The Fup.5) Other Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Order And The Principles Of Cooperation Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
