The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Regarding The Construction Of A Heat Source With A Technological Installation For Heating Swimming Pool Water In The Summer Swimming Pool Complex At Ul. Farbiarska 3 In Żyrardów (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation), Based On The Functional And Utility Program, And Obtaining And Delivering To The Ordering Party A Final Building Permit Decision/Notification Regarding The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Decision) - Stage I.2) Construction Of A Heat Source With Technological Installation For Heating Swimming Pool Water In The Summer Swimming Pool Complex At Ul. Farbiarska 3 In Żyrardów And Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Certificate From The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate On The Lack Of Grounds For Objection To The Use Of The Building (Hereinafter Referred To As The Certificate) Or A Final Decision On The Use Permit (If Required) - Stage Ii. Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A Heat Source With A Technological Installation For Heating Swimming Pool Water In The Summer Swimming Pool Complex At Ul. Farbiarska 3 In Żyrardów Will Take Place On The Premises Of The Facility Carried Out As Part Of The Task Called Construction Of An Outdoor Swimming Pool With Facilities And The Necessary Road Infrastructure. This Facility Was Accepted And Put Into Use On September 11, 2025 And Is Covered By A 5-Year Warranty.
