Part No. 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of A Cryolipolysis Device - 1 Piece. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.2. If The Delivered Order Requires The Provision Of: Additional Materials, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning, Operation Control As Well As Implementation And Training, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, I.E. It Must Have Equipment, Functions, Solutions Necessary For Commissioning, Etc.
