1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installation For The Needs Of Building No. 55 - Garrison Chapel With Rectory In Braniewo. The Order Includes The Following: Sanitary Installations (Disassembly Of Electric Heaters And A Radiator In The Heater Room And Leaving Them At The Administrators/Users Disposal, Dismantling Electric Water Heaters And Leaving Them At The Administrators/Users Disposal, Development Of A Technical Project For The Sanitary Industry In The Field Of Central Heating Installation, Domestic Hot Water, Installation Of Air-To-Air Heat Pumps And Development Of As-Built Documentation, Bringing The Existing Heating Plant And The Heat Connection To Full Efficiency Based On The Conditions Specified By Mpec Braniewo And Agreeing On The Scope Of Modernization With Mpec Braniewo, Central Heating Installation Made Of Carbon Steel Pipes, Externally Galvanized, Connected By Pressing, Partly In Thermal Insulation, Installation With Steel Plate And Ladder Bathroom Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, Installation With Fittings Necessary For Regulation, Installation Of Domestic Hot Water With Circulation Made Of Polypropylene Pipes Connected By Welding In Insulation Thermal Insulation, Installation Of Air-To-Air Heat Pumps, Pressure Tests, Regulation And Checking The Correct Operation Of All Installations And Their Commissioning), Electrical Works (Development Of A Technical Design For The Electrical Power Supply Of Air-To-Air Heat Pumps With Control And Development Of As-Built Documentation, Power Supply For External And Internal Units Of The Air-To-Air Heat Pump Installation System With Control) And Construction Works (Necessary Punctures, Brickwork Resulting From Installation And Dismantling Works, Including Repair Works Coatings, Including Painting, Construction Of Installation Casings In The Places Indicated In The Installation Diagram, Casing Of The Installation With Plasterboards On Frames With A Finish Adapted To The Room - Painting, Tiles. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 To Swz.2 Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Chapel Garnizonowa With Rectory, Ul. Sucharskiego 29, Braniewo. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract Once A Year For The Period Of Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months Air-Air.6. Required Order Completion Date: From 90 Days To 120 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
