Tenders Are Invited For Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings In Ruda Śląska, Stage Iii - Thermal Modernization Of The Entertainment And Sports Hall At Ul. Hallera 16B

The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of An Entertainment And Sports Hall, The Necessity Of Which Results From The Poor Technical Condition, High Maintenance Costs And Non-Compliance Of The Buildings Energy Parameters With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of Polish Law. The Building Does Not Meet The Current Requirements For Thermal Protection In Terms Of Building Partitions And Window And Door Joinery. There Is Also A Need To Install Renewable Energy Sources And Replace Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Ones. The Works Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Exclusion Of The Hall From Use, But With The Use Of Protective Measures That Will Protect The Existing Fixed And Movable Equipment And External Infrastructure. The Scope Of Work Includes Primarily: - The Architectural And Construction Industry, - The Sanitary Industry, - The Electrical Industry. In Addition: • Installation Of All Legally Required Elements Of Equipment Related To The Fire Protection Of The Building, Including Complete Marking Fire Protection• Possible Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Buildings Equipment With Sports Equipment And Possible Renovation And Reassembly Of The Dismantled Equipment.• Protection Against Destruction Of The Existing Elements And Infrastructure Of The Renovated Building.• Removal And Disposal Of All Waste, Demolition Materials And Packaging Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Order And Documentation Of Waste Management.
