The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Renovation And Construction Works In Existing Workshops (Subject Of The Order Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula), 2) Installation Of An External Platform Lift, Installation Of Three Stair Platforms At The Staircases Inside The Building And Installation Of An External Ramp (Subject Of The Contract Carried Out In The Build Formula), In The Technical School Complex In Rybnik For The Implementation Of The Project Improving The Level Of Vocational Education In Rybnik Through Expansion And Equipment Of Vocational Workshops Implemented Under Priority General Scope Of Work: 1. Preparatory Works: Marking The Area, Securing The Site, Temporary Marking. 2. Earthworks And Foundation Works For The Platform Elevator: Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 3. Assembly Of The External Elevator Column Structure And Its Mounting On The Foundation. 4. Installation Of The External Platform With The Drive And Housing - In Accordance With The Suppliers Technical Documentation. 5. Construction Of An External Ramp, Location In Accordance With The Pzt Design. 6. Installation Of Three Stair Platforms Inside The Building At The Indicated Staircases (Ground Floor, 2X 3Rd Floor) - Mounting, Installation Of Controls, Covers, Barriers, Security Systems. 7. Electrical And Control Installations: Connection, Switchgear, Emergency Power Supply, Lighting, Signaling, Low-Mount Buttons. 8. Finishing Works: Fillings, Processing, Anti-Slip Surfaces, Painting. 9. Functional And Acceptance Tests (Load Tests, Safety Tests, Evacuation Procedures). 10. User Training/Conservators Instruction And Transfer Of As-Built Documentation And O&M (Technical And Operational Documentation). Scope Of The Order For The Subject Of The Contract Implemented In The Design And Build Formula: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Renovation And Construction Works In The Building Of The Technical School Complex In Rybnik Located In Rybnik At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 5. The Result Of The Activities Will Be The Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of The Project: Improving The Level Of Vocational Education In Rybnik By Expanding And Equipping Vocational Laboratories. As Part Of The Implemented Project, It Will Be Necessary To Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of Renovation Of The Workshops Covered By The Project And Adapting The School Building For Use By People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Accessible School Model At At Least The Basic Level, I.E. Adapting The Workshop For Practical Vocational Training, Adapting The Access Route For A Person Using The Buildings Elevators And The Driveway To The Workshop For Practical Vocational Training.
